State and local governments are now allowing Yoga Studios the opportunity to re-open and YCD is carefully and mindfully - offering in-studio classes again, but with limited capacity. Please read our Reopening News and Protocols for information on how we have opened and the protocols we are following to ensure your safety, health and wellbeing.
If you are not quite ready to be with us in person, we encourage you to try one of our many virtual classes. Check out our virtual classes which so many have been enjoying during these challenging times. Each day we are learning more and more about how to maximize the online experience.
